HireGround was first established in 1997. Our company started development of the online tools to offer résumé-intake software and job board applications in 1999. The first versions of our Corporate Solutions Applicant Tracking System and electronic Job Board were completed in 2001. We work closely with CTI, CCAT, HRAC, and HRIA to maintain industry standards and best of breed approaches to our software design and use.
