We ran several annual career fairs as part of our event management portfolio – in managing these career fairs, it became evident that there existed a high need for software tools to manage the intake of résumés. Our company started development of the online tools to offer résumé-intake software and job board applications in 1999. Each industry is represented separately and has a sophisticated skill matrix used by employers and job seekers to highlight skills and experience for a job posting or a targeted résumé service. The first versions of our Corporate Solutions Applicant Tracking System and electronic Job Board were completed in 2001.
