The Vendor Management module eliminates unsolicited e-mails: agencies or recruiters of choice will be able to enter résumés into your database through a secure online process. All agency or recruiter submissions are tagged with the staffing agencies' name, making it easy to determine where each candidate has come from. Additionally, all vendor résumé submissions are time stamped to avoid confusion if the résumé is submitted multiple times from multiple vendors, or if the candidate applies directly your company on their own.
Along with the Vendor Management module, we provide add-ons to Corporate Solutions to help you cross-post your job positions to your careers page and multiple job boards, recruiters, and recruiting firms; manage the new hire onboarding process; create timely requisitions and reports; and convert all forms of résumés (faxed, e-mailed, printed...) into digital versions for your dataset. All these add-ons are additional modules that can be incorporated into our Applicant Tracking Software, Corporate Solutions.
