Hire LITE is a smaller, more cost-effective version of HireGround's Job Board and applicant tracking system (ATS). It provides you with a "mini" ATS where you can:
  • manage your careers page
  • have your jobs automatically posted on the HireGround Job Board and your careers page at the same time
  • log in to the HireGround Job Board and view applicants coming from your careers page OR the job board
Hire LITE also includes, as part of its package:
  • candidate tracking
  • a 'notes' archive
  • a message centre
  • HireGround's renowned Skills Matrix
  • reporting capabilities

Hire LITE manages your career page and includes cross-posting to other job boards (may include the Canada Job Bank, the HireGround Job Board, and others). It gives you access to the entire HireGround Job Board applicant database of over 35,000 job seekers. At only $5,500.00 per annum, Hire LITE's low cost means you are able to efficiently manage your recruiting.
