HireGround's Corporate Solutions offers three versions of the software; FULL for medium to large enterprise needs, LITE for a small company and SERVER for those that want to manage the application in their own IT environment. All of our software is based on our Skills Matrix – an innovative technology that finds résumés by actually comparing candidate's skills with precise skill requirements
Corporate Solutions FULL is designed for mid to large size HR teams that need flexibility in managing positions and résumé intake for potentially many divisions or operating units, along with the many options for additional tools to help with various processes.
Corporate Solutions LITE allows for up to three human resources managers to work with a cost effective option of HireGround's Corporate Solutions. Some optional modules are not available with the LITE version.
Corporate Solutions SERVER is designed to allow your Information Technology team to manage all databases and system functions on your own servers. HireGround installs and configures the software for the server version with unlimited telephone and e-mail support still in place for your human resources team.
Optional Recruitment Modules for Hire Ground Corporate Solutions:
Résumé Converter reduces the amount of time you spend on repetitive administrative tasks. Utilizing advanced parsing technology, this optional module automates the extraction of key data from email, faxed or hard copied resumes, allowing you to save the resumes to your searchable database. This eliminates the need for various resume formats in different areas of your company.
Requisition Creation is an add-on to the FULL or SERVER versions of Corporate Solutions only. The Requisition Creation module is designed for any size company to manage and track job requisitions throughout the approval process utilizing online forms that eliminate unnecessary paperwork.
Vendor Management is the process of managing the intake of resumes from staffing and placement agencies. Vendor Management can be incorporated in the Full or Server versions of Hire Ground's Corporate Solutions.
Onboarding Management provides optional online processes for getting a recent hire at your company all the resources they need to be productive as soon as possible. Onboarding is an additional module that can be configured for all Corporate Solutions versions: Full, LITE and Server.
Cross Posting to online job boards can be challenging and time consuming. Configuration of the HireGround Cross Posting tools automatically reduces the workload related to this task.
