Other tools for managing job postings, job posting templates, all resume intake and sort functions, all bulk sort and communication tools are available for users of the LITE software package.

Our unique skills based system allows you to track and score candidates based on skills that are chosen specifically by your team. The skills function generates accurate notifications of positions matching your candidate database.

Report tools offer a wide range of reporting options for typical and not so typical reporting needs. Job posting activiy, candidate activity, time to hire, candidate source and job seeker demographics are just a few of the reports that are available to users.

Users can have the optional resume converter module, onboarding, cross posting to other job boards or locations or the Hire Ground Job Board as part of the LITE Corporate Solutions.
