The server version delivers all of the same full function that the FULL Corporate Solutions offers including tools for easily communication with candidates, high speed search capability for seeking out required resumes, easy management of candidate information through sort and move tools, notes tracking, email logging and sharing of your job lists with other team members.  

Our unique skills based system allows you to track and score candidates based on skills that are chosen specifically by your team. The skills function generates accurate notifications of positions matching your candidate database.  

Resumes flow through the application process to the job list for which candidates have applied. Resumes coming in through a fax or hard copy format can be easily uploaded into the resume database through the optional Resume Converter tool.  

Security and privacy is maintained for users following the PIPA and PIPEDA guidelines for Canada and the Affirmative Action guidelines for the USA.
