The staffing agency will be able to pick the job from your company that best suits their applicant's skills. The applicant will be submitted to the candidate tracker, along with the name of the staffing agency that submitted them. Candidates will be ranked according to the relevancy of skills that applicant has for that particular job.

The vendor module eliminates unsolicited emails, as agencies or recruiters of choice will enter resumes into your database through a secure online process. All agency or recruiter submissions will be tagged with the staffing agencies's name, making it easy to determine where the candidate came from. Additionally, all vendor resume submissions are time stamped to avoid confusion if the resume is submitted from multiple vendors or the individual applies directly to the company on their own.
